Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He also serves as director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars).
